From reeling in a prized sportfish to embarking on a weekend escape to The Bahamas, Florida’s Atlantic coastline offers endless adventures for yachters. Yet, the most treasured moments often come after the journey—sharing stories with friends who understand the thrill of life on the water. Situated on the southern tip of Hutchinson Island, the Sailfish Point Yacht Club and Marina is where these connections come to life.

Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Indian River, and St. Lucie Inlet, the deep-water marina is one of Florida’s largest privately owned marinas. With 84 slips for vessels up to 125 feet and 45 dry slips for personal watercraft, it’s the perfect launch point for a variety of water activities and a gathering place for boat enthusiasts of all ages. Let’s explore how the Yacht Club fosters a lively and inclusive environment for everyone.

No Boat Required to Enjoy the Yacht Club Lifestyle

Established in 1986 by Members who shared a love for life on the water, the Yacht Club has grown into a thriving social hub for more than half the community. With no boat ownership required to join, it’s become the go-to destination for boating, fishing, and yachting enthusiasts alike. The Clubhouse itself offers hot coffee each morning, providing a welcoming spot to connect with fellow Members before heading out for a day on the water. The Marina’s Chandlery ensures every venture is well-prepared, providing essentials like ice, fishing gear, and more.
