As 50% of all the menu items within the dining venues, each chef is well-versed in seafood, with everything from salmon and branzino to flounder and oysters delivered fresh daily. Sailfish Point is also known for its wide range of wine events, with their own Certified Sommelier and Beverage Manager. Each season, the Beverage Manager coordinates various winemakers, vineyard owners, and sommeliers from around the world to provide Gourmet Wine Dinners at Sailfish Point.
