Community Sailfish Point

Island Life

Behind the Gates of this Island Community

Every day brings new reasons to love life at Sailfish Point. Oceanfront living isn’t exclusive to just the beach, rather, residents participate in everything from tennis tournaments, pick-up golf games, fishing expeditions, and sandbar picnics to themed events, dances, cookouts, trips and more. Internationally recognized speakers and performers have been known to make an appearance for inspiring events. During school holidays, the Club offers exciting events crafted for Members’ children and grandchildren.

Community Involvement

Passionate Community Involvement

Secluded and encircled by water, this is the ultimate private Member-owned, waterfront community. Yet, Members at Sailfish Point never consider their island within an island to be remote. Residents are actively involved with outreach to their immediate community and the entire Treasure Coast. "We believe in giving back!" There is even more to Sailfish Point than initially meets the eye - beyond the unmatched natural beauty, the first-class facilities, and the warm and welcoming community. The membership shows a generosity of spirt and a commitment to community that is making a difference both within and beyond the gates.

Conservation

A Commitment to Conservation

Sailfish Point’s Environmental Stewardship Committee leads the charge in preserving our cherished ecosystems in conjunction with the Golf Board. Our Audubon-certified golf course is home to five butterfly gardens and an apiary program to support pollinators. We’ve also eliminated single-use plastic and straws from all dining venues to provide a better habitat for the turtles who nest on our shores. Sailfish Point proudly stands as a Zero Discharge community, ensuring no stormwater or wastewater enters the surrounding oceans and rivers. An on-site water treatment plant supplies water for golf course irrigation and residential use. The program also inspires the next generation of environmental stewards with nature photo contests, fish releases, scavenger hunts, and trips to nearby bird sanctuaries.
